    • International: 10-15 business days Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like customs delays or weather conditions.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

  • International Shipping: We ship in Northern America! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we’re happy to assist you in the process.

  • Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order as it will be in the processing stage.
